20+ Years of experience in the tax laws and solutions for the every day accounting entanglements. Mariela sets policies and strategic directions, both for the near term and for the foreseeable future. It's her responsibility to ensure the company follows its mission, policies and procedures.

Matthew participates in a variety of tasks, including financial records managing administrative communication making sure establishes clear communication with CEO / CAO and setting schedules and making strategic decisions, making a strong knowledge of all accounting principles and regulations, and knack for managing and supervising team.

Accountant Assistant/Treasurer
Dylan oversees meeting notice requirements and setting schedules. Oversee all financial transactions and fundraising efforts going in or out of an organization committee, budget planning financial reporting, record-keeping, and managing incoming and outgoing funds. As well his responsible for arranging the organization of transportation, lodging and venue sites.
